Shipping & Delivery Policy

The order received will be shipped within 1-2 working days to be dispatched. Normally orders placed before 11 AM on a business day are likely shipped the same day, provided the payment gateway confirms receipt of payment, payment is received, and based on stock availability. Orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on Sunday or during holidays are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

We ship within India to any address provided through reliable courier organizations or India Post. The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, and rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders normally take 4 to 7 days for delivery subject to the location and delivery partner. We track all couriered orders and keep our customers updated via email or WhatsApp.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are normally charged on the basis of the order value. For any order below Rs. 1250, a flat Rs. 30 would be charged for shipping. For any order above Rs. 1250, the shipping charges are ZERO across the country to any pin code. There may be some changes in the shipping costs depending on the firm’s decision in the future. The same shall be incorporated in the portal and shipping cart.

Please also note that the shipping rates are flat to make it convenient for the customer and the firm. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full 500 grams.

Order Tracking

If a tracking link is provided by the shipping carrier or our business partners, we will update your order with the tracking information. You can reach us at any time to know your order status, if required.
